Item 1 Warranty period
Custom Built Computers, Inc will re-service and support all repairs with a 90 day service warranty. Commencing on the original date of service.
Item 2 Commitment to Re-Service
Custom Built Computers, Inc will re-perform the original services contracted by the customer at no additional cost.
Item 3 The Operating Software
The customer is responsible for providing a licensed copy of their XP/Vista/ Windows 7 operating system software and a license product key or related restore disk from the manufacturer as needed.
Item 4 Hardware failure
Custom Built Computers, Inc does not create or extend warranty on customer's computer hardware or peripherals.
The warranty shall cover the scope of the services rendered. The service fee is solely labor and does not extend to computer hardware.
